Creating a DoDo Animatronic (part 1)

I'm working on an animatronic DoDo bird for my dream of PaleoPark, which is a theme park I want to someday build in Bismarck, North Dakota. the DoDo's body is a mix of EVA Foam, Threaded Rod, 1/4 inch wire and Chicken Wire covered in Plastercloth. The sculpting for the foot is done in milliput. The body is gonna be static but the head is gonna contain a jaw and eye mechanism. After the sculpting, the body will be covered in faux fur that I've cut to resemble feathers.
